Q: Who are y’all looking for to be speakers?

A: Everyone who identifies as part of the queer community! We know that everyone has had unique experiences being queer, and we want to hear ALL of them on our stage!

Q: Do I need to have experience as a speaker or comedian?

A: You do not need previous public speaking experience or need to compare yourself to any of the other presenters. We believe that everyone’s stories deserve to be heard, and we want to hear yours!

Q: What if I have more than one movie I would like to submit?

A: We would love for you to submit all of your movie ideas that match any one or more of our themes! Then we’ll contact you when one of your suggestions match up with our themes!

Q: When and how will I know if you’ve chosen my movie for an upcoming show?

A: We will reach out to you by email approximately one month prior to each show date if we would like to include your movie selection in the mix (based on what other submissions we receive) and in order to confirm that you’re still available for that show’s date.

Q: Is there a deadline for sending in movie submission ideas?

A: There is not a deadline for the year. We only ask that you submit movie ideas at least a month prior to each upcoming show so that we have time to plan ahead for the next show.
